The Administration of Gymnasium of M. Evydrio, the Teaching Staff Association, and our students would like to warmly thank the Enipeas Agricultural Cooperative, Mrs. Dimitra Gaki, Mr. Dimitrios Gousios, and Mr. Nikolaos Gousios for providing seeds and offering invaluable advice regarding the methods of Regenerative Agriculture.

This contribution was of great significance, as during the 2024–25 school year, we are implementing a school activities program titled “Discovering and Protecting the Biodiversity of Our Homeland,” coordinated by teachers Mrs. Ioanna Giannakopoulou, Mrs. Stavroula Spathi, and Mrs. Christina Papapostolou.
Regenerative Agriculture aims to improve soil health, restore biodiversity, and strengthen ecosystems. It differs from traditional and organic farming practices by focusing on long-term sustainability and the regeneration of soils and ecosystems. Its importance for the future of agriculture and the environment is immense, offering a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach.

Our students learned about this innovative cultivation method and created a garden with aromatic, medicinal, and vegetable plants, following the principles of Regenerative Agriculture.
We eagerly look forward to the results in our school garden in the coming school years!
